TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO SERVICE DELIVERY. When signing a contract and paying Radz Photography for a wedding shoot, a timeline of 10-14 weeks is given for the delivery of the edited and raw pictures. It has now been 6 months (28 weeks) since my friends wedding, and she has still not received her wedding pictures. Several emails, WhatsApps and phone calls have been sent to Radz Photography, but none have been answered. Please beware before choosing to pay Radz Photography a substantial amount of money for any photoshoots, unless you are willing to wait indefinitely or never receive your photographs.
