TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION
Worst experience ever. Radz communication was great up until we paid her. Needed to send numerous emails and messages just to get a simple response on confirmation of time and location address etc. she also gave no follow up information on how the shoot would work after I asked numerous times on logistics. Her rates are affordable, but I guess you pay for what you get. Really bad communication from her side. I then cancelled because I no longer felt comfortable doing a shoot with her, after her responses were so short and rude. She also refused to refund. Would not recommend her at all!!!!!! Don’t be fooled by what you see on Instagram

Never responded
In the beginning my experience was good. However, after my shoot, the photographer ghosted me. I followed up with her each week about the status of the pictures over the course of 3 weeks but I never received a response from her. On the third week I had to call countless times, send numerous emails and texts for her to finally send the photos. Overall my experience was very bad.

Upon doing an enquiry the timeline response via email was decent. Once I paid my deposit and requested my date and location that’s when issues started. She took months to reply, she wanted to choose the location that was suitable for her but I went with it. My maternity shoot was done on 27th of January 2024. Today is the 30th of October I still have no pictures. She doesn’t reply to any of my messages on WhatsApp or on email. Her service is pathetic and she is a **** artist for taking peoples hard earned money and not delivering the service. I would never ever recommend anyone to use her.

It has now been 6 months (28 weeks) since my friends wedding, and she has still not received her wedding pictures. Several emails, WhatsApps and phone calls have been sent to Radz Photography, but none have been answered. Please beware before choosing to pay Radz Photography a substantial amount of money for any photoshoots, unless you are willing to wait indefinitely or never receive your photographs.

Reconsider using Radz photography- Very bad service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Radz Photography. Their business practices are abysmal, as they consistently failed to respond to my messages and phone calls. Moreover, they missed their own promised deadline by failing to deliver the photos within the 8-week timeframe. I would strongly advise against using their services due to their unprofessionalism and inability to meet their commitments. I guess if you aren’t a ‘influencer’ you get this type of treatment as I am not the first person to experience this using her services. I’m hoping to at least recieve a response by writing this review as they are active on social media but cannot respond to messages I sent almost 2 weeks ago

Radz Photography - Very Unprofessional Photography Service
Dealing with Radz Photographer has been an extremely unpleasant experience. Emails, text messages and phone calls go ignored/unreturned. We ordered a wedding package and were supposed to get a photobook as part of the deliverables. Our wedding was in June 2019 and the contract states that all packages will be delivered within 4 - 6 weeks after the event. In preparation of the photobook, we were told we could not choose the pictures or finalise the book as "having the clients do that delays the process". She insisted that she wanted final payment before sending the book for printing. We paid the balance and waited, but received no response. After two weeks we tried to get hold of her again, and eventually, she told us the book is ready to be delivered. This was late September 2019 (a full 3 months after our wedding). When the book was delivered, there was a spelling mistake on the cover (our names of all things were spelt incorrectly). We promptly informed her of this issue and she only responded after 2 days of trying to get hold of her. After she agreed to reprint the book and fix her mistakes, two weeks went by without any feedback. We emailed again to get an update but received no response. Further messages and emails and calls went unreturned. Eventually, one afternoon, she answered and I explained that what she was doing is very unprofessional. She offered no apology or explanation and simply said that she would find out from the studio. I asked her to please give me feedback within 24 hours. A day later, with still no feedback received, we attempted to call her again only to discover that she had blocked my wife's cell number. We know this because calling from another cell number at least caused her phone to ring. We then set out to leave feedback on her social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and quite frankly to try to get hold of her, but our comments were almost immediately deleted and we've been blocked from the pages. The issues don't stop there: - some photos from the morning of our wedding went missing and we weren't informed of this until we pushed to see those pictures specifically - the delivered USB stick with our photos contained random shots that clearly shouldn't have been included (e.g. shots of her car, and other lighting test shots). It seems as though she just copied the photos off the camera memory card and delivered it to us. Only a few pictures, that were used in the photobook, were professionally edited. - she doesn't respond to emails and questions - she has a strict "no calls" policy but doesn't respond via the official email channel - after making the final payment, it is virtually impossible to get hold of her If you are considering using Radz Photography, I highly recommend that you reconsider.
