Never responded

In the beginning my experience was good. However, after my shoot, the photographer ghosted me. I followed up with her each week about the status of the pictures over the course of 3 weeks but I never received a response from her. On the third week I had to call countless times, send numerous emails and texts for her to finally send the photos. Overall my experience was very bad.
