Upon doing an enquiry the timeline response via email was decent. Once I paid my deposit and requested my date and location that’s when issues started. She took months to reply, she wanted to choose the location that was suitable for her but I went with it. My maternity shoot was done on 27th of January 2024. Today is the 30th of October I still have no pictures. She doesn’t reply to any of my messages on WhatsApp or on email. Her service is pathetic and she is a **** artist for taking peoples hard earned money and not delivering the service. I would never ever recommend anyone to use her.
I applied for relocation of my fibre on 1 November 2021. Today is 14 February 2022 and I am still sitting without fibre. Vumatel is blaming Mweb and Mweb is blaming Vumatel. At this point i just feel like cancelling everything and moving to a different provider. One can only have so much patience in the world and mine has now run dry. We as clients are told it could take up to 3 weeks not 3 months. The service or communication is pathetic.
I purchased perfume on black Friday, when i opened my parcel the perfume was not sealed. The box was covered in finger prints. It looked as if it was purchased at a flee market. What upset me the most is reporting the issue to client care no questions was answered or explained they simply just replied and informed me about their return process and that my package will be collected and reviewed keeping in mind that it was on sale and obviously the sale price is no longer available, i even asked them if there was no other options available and i received no response.
Today is my 4th day waiting to be assisted on Saturday i was in vangate mall mtn for 45 minutes no consultant acknowledged their clients or informed us about any system issues i left the store, on Sunday i went to n1 city branch did the application and was told to wait for the call i received an SMS to say that i was approved but until today I received no call i decided to go into n1 city branch yesterday i stood for 1 hour and at 18.57 the consultants with attitude told us they cannot help us due to system issues.. my question is why advertise a service if u cannot deliver the service was putrid should i take my money somewhere else? I work in an environment where we are client centric i understand system issues but communication is key!
