I’m honestly shocked and disappointed. I ordered waffles from this place last night – something I’ve done many times before – and what I received was rock hard, borderline inedible. The waffles were so hard they actually cut my mouth. That’s not just poor quality, that’s a safety hazard. I paid R140 for this and expected at least a basic level of care. I sent them a message to let them know what happened, thinking they’d be concerned or at least apologetic. Instead, I got a cold, generic “thank you for your feedback, we hope it doesn’t happen again.” No offer to make it right. No real apology. Just… indifference. When I pointed out how unacceptable that response was – especially from a place I regularly support – they just stopped replying altogether. This is hands-down the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I won’t be buying from them again, and I’d seriously caution anyone else thinking about it. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to care.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Radz Photography. Their business practices are abysmal, as they consistently failed to respond to my messages and phone calls. Moreover, they missed their own promised deadline by failing to deliver the photos within the 8-week timeframe. I would strongly advise against using their services due to their unprofessionalism and inability to meet their commitments. I guess if you aren’t a ‘influencer’ you get this type of treatment as I am not the first person to experience this using her services. I’m hoping to at least recieve a response by writing this review as they are active on social media but cannot respond to messages I sent almost 2 weeks ago
