I’m honestly shocked and disappointed. I ordered waffles from this place last night – something I’ve done many times before – and what I received was rock hard, borderline inedible. The waffles were so hard they actually cut my mouth. That’s not just poor quality, that’s a safety hazard. I paid R140 for this and expected at least a basic level of care. I sent them a message to let them know what happened, thinking they’d be concerned or at least apologetic. Instead, I got a cold, generic “thank you for your feedback, we hope it doesn’t happen again.” No offer to make it right. No real apology. Just… indifference. When I pointed out how unacceptable that response was – especially from a place I regularly support – they just stopped replying altogether. This is hands-down the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I won’t be buying from them again, and I’d seriously caution anyone else thinking about it. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to care.

From Scrumptious food, to amazing tasting candy any child's dream to be here. I absolutely recommend this business. Something for the whole family, and whilst having your car washed what better way to indulge to their amazing waffles they are to so good, you will leave Mr Smalls wanting more. Friendly staff and good clientele service delivered. Good job 👏

From Scrumptious food, to amazing tasting candy any child's dream to be here. I absolutely recommend this business. Error number 1 Invoice error 3 times before sending correct total Error number 2 When I made the purchase you did not ask for immediate payment any business and every business even home based knows a eft and pop is proof of payment and will reflect in a few hours or a day or 2 simply due to different banks as I said ask anyone and ask any banks you have the transaction proof , to any customer with a different bank it cost 60 rand plus for the transaction to reflect immediately By all means please call the bank and ask. I've never had a case of any home based or business asking for a payment to reflect immediately as long as a proof of payment was send and many infact home businesses I support No where did you ask for immediate payment I can even put this review on Instagram and every follower will agree on my above message of immediate payment hence if you asked I would tell you this surprised you don't even know a immediate payment cost the customer Error number 3 Forgetting items Error number 4 Not sending the correct items I am honestly highly disappointed with this
