False advertising no products in stock. No refund. No response to Messages
Purchased a slide from takealot realised they falseify information from 3rd parties and don't check the items advertised. I must then wait days after a return for any feedback Slide Dimensions of 175 cm is completely incorrect the dimensions is 135 cm. Height dimensions is also incorrect 60 cm as opposed to 81 cm 42 cm also incorrect All the dimensions are incorrect falsely advertising products is ********* and products should be checked and verified when you place adverts from 3rd parties. There is no basketball hoop as well. I would like the item to be replaced with a slide with the dimensions I expected and paid for. Smunch CAFE Review. Never have I ever encountered such tasteless disgusting food all my life. The lady was extremely rude to us when we called the restaurant to inform them of their poor quality safety issue foods. The chicken in the wrap was completely raw I'm willing for the owner to collect it and see for herself after she banged the phone down on me! Absolutely rude. I will even keep it to be collected. The burger was such a small burger for the price, really not worthy. The sandwich had absolutely no taste, no salt even in the chicken tasteless and the bread didn't even seem fresh!! Portions were really small, tasteless and really dissatisfied especially after the lady had no decency to even listen to her customers. Review along with images will be shared on media platforms along my complaint. Grilled chicken wrap had raw chicken. Burger was an extremely small portion. Chicken, mayo and cheese sandwich was unappetizing, bread tasted stale and the chicken was unseasoned. Will never order and pay for food at this establishment again

Purchased 3 times on Uber Eats all 3 times purchases came back messy and not fresh from the store. Last week on the 5th purchased in store as well where the items were not fresh and up to standard. Seems like it is a continuous issue and staff do not take care when making the products. The staff member also lacked communication skills in store last week where for example the Cinnabon chips he didn't even give me the dip cream untill I asked. He was like unaware of what the product even comes with. Certainly a common problem with quality of Cinnabons at the store from my various experiences.
Purchased On 27 March To Date 15 April They Are Still Refunding Me For Items Out Of Stock. THIS IS RIDICULOUS I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS THEIR WAY OF *****ING CUSTOMERS MONEY AND Not Refunding Customers Thinking They Would Forget!!!! WORST ONLINE PURCHASE PLATFORM EVER.

Worst company to order from ever they claim they out of stock when I see the item on their website and weeks later no refund done or processed. Lie about refunds. Lie about items not in stock.
I purchased from the Jimmy's Killer Prawns in Norwood on Uber Eats. The food arrived in a pizza box all messed as this kind of food cannot be packed in a pizza box. I purchased prawns and rice. The prawns were completely overcooked stuck and burnt to the shell you could not even peel the prawns or get any of the prawn meat out. The prawns looked as if it wasn't even cleaned or devained properly. I immediately called the store and to my disappointment the store owner is extremely rude to customers he didn't even listen to me but put the phone down? How rude is that, customer service is very important especially when a store doesn't know to prepare food they are selling or how to package food. I would not recommend this branch to anyone as firstly if errors are made in the kitchen it's understandable but a completely rude ******** owner is something else.
I recently purchased a toy from takealot on the same day of receiving was not happy with the size and item. Logged a returned put the package exactly as it arrived. Doubled boxed like it came. Driver collected removed the second box and all of a sudden when it arrived at the warehouse they claim the package was damaged. They refuse to refund me or even call to let me know what's happening. No protocol in place for drivers to take evidence of how the item is when collecting. Very poor customer service being calling ever since
Worst experience ever. Purchased a product was not happy the minute it arrived the sizing was too small and the hair on the doll and horse was just not right. I boxed the items in double boxes as it came, the driver upon requesting a return insisted on removing the second box, I have no idea what happened in transit on his motorbike but with no additional information they just declined my return and refund. Calling them for feedback since yesterday and no one can give me feedback or answers. Bull**** way of treating customers
