Worst restaurant ever
Smunch CAFE Review. Never have I ever encountered such tasteless disgusting food all my life. The lady was extremely rude to us when we called the restaurant to inform them of their poor quality safety issue foods. The chicken in the wrap was completely raw I'm willing for the owner to collect it and see for herself after she banged the phone down on me! Absolutely rude. I will even keep it to be collected. The burger was such a small burger for the price, really not worthy. The sandwich had absolutely no taste, no salt even in the chicken tasteless and the bread didn't even seem fresh!! Portions were really small, tasteless and really dissatisfied especially after the lady had no decency to even listen to her customers. Review along with images will be shared on media platforms along my complaint. Grilled chicken wrap had raw chicken. Burger was an extremely small portion. Chicken, mayo and cheese sandwich was unappetizing, bread tasted stale and the chicken was unseasoned. Will never order and pay for food at this establishment again

This is the most ill mannered business owner I have ever met, I ordered a chicken bunny chow from him and I was so disappointed, the curry was like stew with no taste, the potato was a chip maybe from a previous order and the bread was a single bun to my surprise, The second time I ordered a pizza and I asked for nothing hot to be added to the pizza cos it was for my kids, the pizza was so hot that my kids could not eat it, so I had to order more food for them, When I told him the pizza was hot he denied it and said if I'm not happy I must take my money and buy food from some where else, which I don't think is fair to a customer who expects what they paying for so thats why I typed this long essay and I wish I could rate him ZERO STARS.

This is the most ill mannered business owner I have ever met, I ordered a chicken bunny chow from him and I was so disappointed, the curry was like stew with no taste, the potato was a chip maybe from a previous order and the bread was a single bun to my surprise, The second time I ordered a pizza and I asked for nothing hot to be added to the pizza cos it was for my kids, the pizza was so hot that my kids could not eat it, so I had to order more food for them, When I told him the pizza was hot he denied it and said if I'm not happy I must take my money and buy food from some where else, which I don't think is fair to a customer who expects what they paying for so thats why I typed this long essay and I wish I could rate him ZERO STARS.

Bad food and horrible service
I purchased a mini ak47 from this place and it was nice, then I purchased a chicken curry bunny and a chicken and mayo pizza, The chicken curry bunny was made on 2 burger buns, it was not a curry it was chicken in a hot tomato gravy with a potato chip in it, the pizza was spicy and it was dry with no mayonnaise and a rew pieces of chicken thrown around the pizza, the pizza was spicy after me telling the chef I wanted the pizza for kids therefore I chose the chicken and mayo, the chef said he will sort me out for the chicken curry bunny on my next order and that didn't happen, when I complained about the pizza he told me to take my business else where and I don't think that's fair to paying customers, he is based is Buccleuch and goes by the name chef Zaid and runs a restaurant business from his home.
