I entered one of their giveaways and was very sceptical but I won ! Thank you for my prize of a Skyglow bottle and Travelers mug,just what I needed !
Takealot ustomer service needs a serious shake up ! I ordered 4 identical sizes,namely 27 inch(70cm) suitcases just different colors, 2 of them arrived much smaller a week after I placed it ,I logged a return for all 4 and reordered bigger sizes, 31 inch(80cm) Again, waited another week, 2 arrived much smaller than the other 2. I proceeded to contact your customer support and requested that images are taken BEFORE the suitcases are despatched.I even took photos of all the suitcases together which one could see without even measuring it and to the naked eye that the sizes was not all the same! I was asked to log another return for the 2 incorrect sizes but not before I explained my dissatisfaction and what a great inconvenience this caused. There is a general email that about 4 different people responded on and got the same stock standard response " we apologize for the inconvenience " but not one person sent me the images and did not even have the decency to call me! I was told that " what I ordered is what I should receive" ,what a load of nonsense! I received the 1 back today and the other one eta is 14th March. This whole process took 4 weeks and even though i explained the urgency of receiving correct suitcases, it's seems there was no care or urgency from your customer support agents. I even requested to speak to Team Leader and nothing forthcoming.
