I made an application for a rental, Documentation was send to me, completed everything and I enquired a few days later regarding the application as I had to give notice, on whatsup she informed me, "yes you can move in tomorrow, she would have contacted me earlier. The next day I moved with my belongings to the rental and was informed by the the lesser that he did not hear anything from them. He then called her and she said that I was not approved for the rental, that I am very disrespectful towards the lesser for just pitching up there. I told him abound the whatsup message and said to this agent there is a misunderstanding. She just bad mouth me on speaker phone In front of this lesser and my son. Let me put it to your face you should be reported and she be suspended for your very very poor communication and very wrong attitude, I will be buying a house soon but you will not be my agent and I hope the clients in Pretoria North see this review 0/10.

Me and my children was suppose to be on a flight on the 15th December to Johannesburg from Port Elizabeth at the airport we were in a queue, "priority " this was apparently the wrong line and when we got to the check-in point I was told it was the wrong line and was directed to another line, when I came to the check-in point again, I was told, it is 6 minute pass 11 and check-ins is closed, I spoke to the Supervisor, (or one of them), and told me there is nothing they can do, I had to go back to the sales office and had to pay additional R1300, I spoke to a white woman who showed very little interest in what I had to say, I told my son (14 years old), " die mense laat ons stupid lyk", as we walked away this woman came from behind and and the top of her voice shouting at me pointing het finger right in my face, saying, " kyk hier meneer jy praat nie nou met jou vrou nie", I was dumb struck by this, we went to ASCA clientele and spoke to the liaison office. This was a very bad and embarrassing experience and this because of Flysafair wanted to cover up for their mistake, The lady in the first checking point told one of the supervisor's she never directed us to another line, The supervisor said they called for closing of check-ins, which never happened. We missed our flight, you cost me R1300, you embarrassed me and my children. I have the contact derails of another passenger who can support this actions. We do not often fly but this was such an bad experience for me and my children, I have now give instructions to institute a civil claim against Flysafair.
