Rude & Not worth the price

This has to be by far the worse gyms in Durban I have ever been to. I have never seen such a high cost for a few broken and old equipment. I choose to rather come here to state what I witnessed rather than intervene in the matter but the ‘manager’ lacks all managerial qualities and is so rude and unprofessional. He has no respect for the clients, acts as if they don’t need the clients. Review your cameras & staff please. As for the manager, if he wants to address matters he should NOT do that it infront of us all clients, attacking your own clients , refusing them of exercising together? Where is the customer care? Where is the friendly service? Very disappointing! A positive, qualified new manager in place will really better your company & brand name.
