I bought a Ryobi 125CC petrol lawnmower, last year the 29/09/2023. This lawnmower is excellent, but I have a problem it's seems that there is a factory problem as I cannot get the blade for this lawnmower, I was told at Game Bethlehem they don't stock it, the one sales person told me that I might have to buy another lawnmower, I first felt sick, now I realise that the lawnmower has a 2 year warranty. So I am going to return the lawnmower as it is a factory default. I await your reply. I give your company 48 hours from this review.

I bought a medi spine Ferris bed set at Lewis in march, the mattress from get go was faulty, which there head office replaced, now the base has collapsed, which sounds like it's made of cardboard, I want my money back, your Ferris product is nothing but recycled junk, how can you charge someone Almost R4000.00 for this.
Good day Devi I would like to know if you can help or even advise me if what I can do. I bought prepaid electricity on the 1st February 2024, the tokens supp**** by my bank "cellphone banking" the tokens don't work. The same day went to the municipality, and bought additional R500 worth prepaid as wasn't sure when municipality and the bank will sort this out. I been in contact with the bank +- 3 times, logged 2 queries with them, the tokens are not working, when going to the bank they advise me that this is electricity department problem. I have been to the municipality on the 1st February, they eventually sent some one out here, however they tried to load the tokens and still doesn't work, I been trying to get the electricity department to sort out, they just ignore me. I have spoken to someone that works for electricity department, and they advised me that it will never work, because the tokens should have been loaded before the recode, however the bank supp**** the incorrect lines of tokens in the beginning. I still say this should be the bank's fault, because if I went to by groceries and didn't have enough money in my account, they would rejected the payment. Between the bank and Eskom are doing nothing about this, and to say I not the only person in this position. I even put it on hello Peter, the bank supp**** via email same tokens that don't work Can you please advise me of what I can do?
I am so happy they open a dischem near me, prices are reasonable and quality is excellent, the most friendly staff. Thank you Dischem

I bought prepaid electricity via cellphone banking, however the tokens given don't work, they tell you to refer to municipality, the municipality sent guys from Eskom out, still not working, I been told that it might never work, just say to FNB this is your fault, you should have never let the transaction go through, if I went and bought groceries and didn't have enough money in my account you would decline the transaction, however today was the third time trying to get hold of FNB to sort out and still no joy. Why didn't the banks and Eskom sort out there confusion. I want my 💰 paid back into my account.
Dear Prepaid, it's been over a month now which I bought prepaid electricity via FNB cellphone banking, between bank and prepaid, they give tokens that don't work, why on earth did the bank deduct my money off and they were well aware of the prepaid problems. I have been give twice tokens to enter, and it NOT working. Two calls were logged at the bank prepaid, however nothing is getting done, you keep saying we must go to the municipality, the municipality is offline most of the time because of your load shedding. This should be sorted out between the Bank and prepaid Eskom. I want my money back
