I've been a loyal customer of this company for nearly two years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. When I placed a large order, not everything was delivered on time, and it took a lot of effort on my part to finally receive all my stock. The delays were accompanied by a series of excuses. Later, the owner reached out to me, explaining that he was low on stock due to issues with a shipment from overseas. He asked if I could send him some of my stock to fulfill another client's order, promising to return it promptly. Trusting his word, I agreed. However, it's now been over six months, and despite my repeated requests, I haven't received my stock back. I've been met with more excuses and no resolution. When I requested a refund for the products I sent him, he assured me that the money would reflect in my account soon. Yet, he has consistently failed to provide proof that the refund has been processed, leaving me with nothing but empty promises. This has been a frustrating experience, and I can't recommend this company to others based on their inability to fulfill commitments and the lack of accountability.
Extremely frustrated with my Vox Wi-Fi experience! 🤬 Fiber line is active, router delivered, but NO SIGNAL at my place. 😡 Constantly reaching out to support on WhatsApp, but messages are marked as resolved before getting a response! 🤯 Any fellow Vox customers faced this?
