Order has not been delivered after 22 days. Support team responds but had a different excuse every time and sets false deadlines. Won’t be shocked if my order never comes.
I had a voucher in my Flysafair wallet that I wanted to use to book a flight, however when I made payment it said “error” and didn’t accept my payment. When I tried to book again it now said that my voucher has already been used even though I don’t have any flights booked. Trying to resolve this issue has been an absolute struggle. Trying to speak to a consultant when I phone the call centre leads nowhere, and when I eventually got hold of a consultant on whatsapp they were unhelpful, unclear and ended the chat without me having any issue resolved whatsoever. Truly disappointed in the customer service I experienced today.
I’ve tried everything, asked them multiple times to take me off their call list; still the calls keep coming. I’ve mentioned the POPIA act but they do not seem to mind. This is my last resort before I will be contacting a lawyer. Homechoice PLEASE STOP CALLING ME.
