Elevate Solution: Effecient Solar for loadshedding essentials

I made an order and paid for a MIQ 2400W LiFePO4 Portable Power Station cost R9999.00 on the 4 March 2024 with Elevate Solution. Till this day I havent received my order. I have sent multiple emails to "customer service" and the sales email. Even phoned Mr Mike Osborne on the cell provided on the website. Even just said he will get back to me and till this day nothing. Im afraid that this company is a **** and that I lost my money.
