Beware! THIS IS A ****. I thought I was buying batteries for a solar system. I paid R28050.00 and received nothing. He calls himself Mike Osborne. He has a thick Nigerian accent. (I should have realized then, that this doesn't add up). Elevate Solution stole my money
This is a ****. Mike Osborne or whoever he is is a *****,. Web page looks legit and he responds promptly to emails. 'Mike Osborne | Elevate Solution' <sales1@elevatesolution.co.za>; info@elevatesolution.co.za I paid for a Pylontech battery which didnt exist. Within 30minutes he was advising me that i needed additional equipment and another battery. Requested a refund & was advised the refund would take 7 to 14 days. Then no response. Wont take calls or emails. Have an open case with SAPS. Tips i received from SAPS Make sure to speak to the person on the phone. Check if their address is legit & that its occupied on Google. Take care of banking details with smaller banks - some banks open accounts online without IDs. Elavate Solution Jan Kempdorp is ****mers.
The web page elevatesolution.co.za is used by Mike Osborne as a platform to **** customers. They will send you an invoice and demand payment before shipping of ordered goods. Thereafter they will not communicate with the customer and neither will you receice your shipment. They also withdraw your payments immediately thus the transaction cannot be reversed. I suggest that all ****med customers report it to the SA Police in Jan Kempdorp and your local police. The address they use is 15 Christiaan De Wet Street, Jan Kempdorp which is probably **** since another business is using the same. Stay clear of this ****mers.

**** company. False address. Take your money and you can never hear from them again. No response to E mail. Put down your phone calls. Mike Osborne is the man .

Elevate Solution: Effecient Solar for loadshedding essentials
I made an order and paid for a MIQ 2400W LiFePO4 Portable Power Station cost R9999.00 on the 4 March 2024 with Elevate Solution. Till this day I havent received my order. I have sent multiple emails to "customer service" and the sales email. Even phoned Mr Mike Osborne on the cell provided on the website. Even just said he will get back to me and till this day nothing. Im afraid that this company is a **** and that I lost my money.

I have made an online purchase for R25,198 for a set of Lyrasom 48V Lifepo4 Lithium Battery: Advanced Power Storage Solution - LY-5A3 - 300AH - 15.36KWH (3 modules), from Elevate Solution based at 15 Christiaan De Wet Street Jan Kempdorp 8550 Nothern Cape. I have not received my goods, and when I follow on the delivery the Sales Representative Mr. Mike Osborne drops the phone on me. I have been trying to contact the company from 10 March 2024, but there hasn't any update on my purchase, in terms of delivery.
