We ordered and paid for packaging on the 11th of July 2024. They said they had in stock. the same day the payment was made they told us, no they don't have they'll have to get from the Supplier. Last week Monday I had to phone them just to find out that there was a problem with the packaging and that it had to be sent back to the supplier. We received some of the order only today and still haven't received the rest of the order and they can't even inform us who the courier/transport company is, or a waybill number in order to contact them or to locate the shipping details. Utter poor service.
Vodacom phoned me last week to say that it is a must that I must change my package with them. they have updated their terms. I asked are you going to upgrade met, they said no. Sunday I went into a Vodacom store in order to upgrade my contract, they said they can't it has been upgraded when I never gave permission in writing or via a document to upgrade it. I then asked to upgrade my contract to an iPhone 13 and add a package of a PlayStation 4. They said they do not have the PlayStation 4 and wrote in the order book to order one for me which will be there by Tuesday, today. When I phoned them today to make sure the PlayStation has arrived, they never placed an order nor do they have the iPhone 13 in stock. ***********. UNPROFFESIONAL!!!!
