I wish there was an option for zero star. This company is a ****. They were very quick to accept my money in February when I joined and took one of their packages. Whenever I sign in, the screen is the same. There is nothing one can do, no matter where I click nothing happens. There's always the same message thanking for subscribing, but there's nothing even in the dashboard. Its the same screen every time. I wrote to them and still awaiting response even now... A big ****😞
A couple of weeks ago, I wrote an unsatisfactory review about African Bank and to this day I still haven't been helped. After the review, I went back to their Diepkloof branch and complained again and my complaint was noted, still no help. On the 2nd of April, I again went to their Diepkloof branch to complain and the lady sent yet another email to the relevant department. I received an sms with a reference number. The sms stated that I should wait for 7 working days for my complaint to be investigated. To this day, im still waiting for correspondence. It is so disheartening that a thousand of South Africans are unemployed (myself included), and those who are fortunate enough to be employed are not doing their jobs. I am now deciding to cancel my application and try another institution. Maybe this move may be considered as just one drop in the ocean for the institution, but one unhappy customer, is one too many...Thank you African Bank for nothing
I opened an account last week of january and It was discovered thay I once had an account with them a long time ago but using another surname. I was asked to bring my new marriage certificate with the new surname together with my id card so that my account can be fixed acctivated. As of now i still have not received any feedback from the bank. Each time I go-to the branch where I app**** (DIEPKLOOF SQUARE) The lady is more than willing to assist by excallating my query to the relavent department but untill today, I dont have an account with the bank. This is extremely disapointing as this has now caused me an online job of which i should be getting paid already No one is saying anything to me, and each time i visit the branch, im told the same story of (we will fix this, and send u an sms.) DISSAPOINTING INDEED. PULENG TWALA
