I submitted a request in December to purchase a phone through the Trust. Despite providing all required documentation, including a quotation and an affidavit, the request has still not been finalised. After waiting for weeks, I was recently told to wait another 10 to 15 working days, which is completely unreasonable. The lack of urgency and poor communication is extremely frustrating. The phone I am currently using is old and outdated and urgently needs replacement. These ongoing delays are negatively affecting my ability to function effectively, yet my request continues to be treated without any priority. I have fully comp**** with every requirement, but I am still waiting with no clear explanation or confirmed timeline. This level of service is unacceptable.
Fairheads Benefit Fund is fully aware that I am unemployed, yet they made me wait over 3 weeks without food or electricity. I am still sitting with no electricity, and at this point I only have one day of electricity left. This situation is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of urgency and compassion. To make matters worse, I was recently ****med while trying to buy an iPhone, which left me with no money at all. As a result, I spent the entire festive season struggling, doing absolutely nothing while everyone else was able to enjoy time with their families. When someone is unemployed and clearly vulnerable, delays like this have serious consequences. I expected far better support and communication from Fairheads Benefit Fund. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and hardship, and I hope this review encourages them to treat people in crisis with more care and urgenc
These people wanted me to go see a psychologist so I did for their sake now no one is coming back to me giving me feedback on anything I honestly and genuinely hate these people I would highly recommend that you keep your money away from these people because they want to control you and your money I'm sitting with no money to do anything not even buy electricity or food for my place but all they can tell me is I have to wait for the turn around time. If these people are gonna be like this then I have no choice but to contact my lawyer and let him know how these people are treating me with my money that belongs to me and then we will settle it in court.
I have been asking someone to get back to me regarding my requests including the one I sent on the 19th of December but no one is getting back to me regarding this matter and I'm sitting here with no money not even to buy electricity and Im sitting with no electricity as we speak I am getting fed up with waiting so long because I have things to do and I cannot get them down without money it's already Friday and still no one has gotten back to which is totally unacceptable in my opinion because I've been waiting for 3 weeks now already.
I have sent them an email on the 19th of December asking them to assist me with some funds to buy me item's I am in need of such as toiletries and groceries but no one has gotten back to me on it and it's been more than 10 to 15 working days and no has called me back about this matter I'm sitting here with no money to buy me food or toiletries or evens electricity this is not right I am suffering here while waiting for them to assist me I don't even have money to buy me airtime so I can call them and ask for any updates on the matter this is completely unfair but you guys call yourselves FairHeads Benefit Fund very hypocritical in my opinion. Even the request I sent asking then to assist with some funds to go on holiday because this December I didn't get to have a holiday they declined it because I did not send them a breakdown of what I wanna do with the funds I request but I sent it on Monday and still no one is getting back to me it's so unfair that they wanna restrict you to your own money.
I have sent them an email on Tuesday requesting for a call back regarding my requests with my main email jadenwentzel8@gmail.com its been more than 24hrs and I still have not received a call back from them the only call I got from them was from there complaints department on Wednesday I would call them but I have no money to by me airtime and look its already weekend now Im probably gonna sit the whole weekend without money I still have not eaten in a week plus now I see its gonna be a weekend with no food or money this completely and utterly ridiculous just pure nonsense at its finest.
