WARNING === THIS BUSINESS ARE ROGUES. DO NOT BUY ANY VOUCHERS FROM THEM (DIEDRE MANUEL). THESE ARE COPIES OF MY WHATSAPP MESSAGES TO HER SINCE JULY 2024 ... READS AS FOLLOWS: 27/08/2024 You will agree that I have been most accommodating & patient with you. I am now putting up all the messages on 'Hellopeter', so that everyone knows about you. I am also going to open up a ******** case against you so that I can get my hard earned money back from you. 27/08/2024 You will agree that I paid R1200 on 12 May 2024 and have called to chat with you numerous times regarding bookings for the spa treatment that I had purchased. You have totally ignored my calls and whatsapp messages from 30 July to date. I did inform you that I want my money refunded asap, because you cannot provide the 12 x spa treatments as promised. [07/25, 15:12]: Calling to chat with you but no answer from your side Diedre. [07/25, 16:07]: Please let me know what time is best to chat with you today ... to confirm another date & time for our treatments [07/30, 20:54]: Hello Diedre, I hope you are well. I know u are very busy, but please call me when u are available. Thanks [07/31, 15:45]: Hello again Diedre, noted that u posted 2 adverts on the Escombe Social Group, so u are on WhatsApp today. Awaiting your call. Please treat as URGENT. [07/31, 16:37]: DIEDRE ... I need to talk with you directly [07/31, 22:42]: If you don't want to talk to me, then please give me a refund of my money that I paid to you (minus the 1 session that was a disaster...). Will await your response. Hopefully it will be favourable as I certainly don't want to put out anything on social media. [08/06, 18:21]: I have not heard from you or your the****** to date. You dont have any of the products available. I therefore only used one voucher. You need to advise by when you will be buying your products for these treatments that you sold. The oils that were stink and the 'the******' did not even know what oils or products were being used. Smelled like castor oil. I again remind you to call me ... also reminding you that I paid you R1200, so expect due respect from you.. HOW DO I CONTINUE TO BOOK A FURTHER 11 x 2-HOUR TREATMENTS, IF YOU DONT ANSWER MY CALLS & QUERIES? If u can not do this or render the services as advertised, then please refund my money. I expect you to please respond ASAP. PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU KNOW OF HOW TO CONTACT DIERDRE MANUEL AND HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK
