De La Rosa Spa - ***** & ****
De La Rosa Spa, based in Durban is taking innocent people's hard earned money and ****ming them. Once payment is done, they disappear. But when they were contacting me for more "specials" then they weren't hiding. They were previously used with no issues. However, paid for treatments this past week and didn't receive the service. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and treat. Deidre Manuel you can talk sweet when you want people's money but thereafter it's a different story. You will get caught and pay the unfortunate consequences of your *****ulent activities. Extremely disappointed customer.

De La Rosa Spa, based in Durban is taking innocent people's hard earned money and ****ming them. Once payment is done, they disappear. But when they were contacting me for more "specials" then they weren't hiding. They were previously used with no issues. However, paid for treatments this past week and didn't receive the service. I found De la Rosa spa advertising on one of the what’s app groups I called and spoke to Diedre Manuel made a booking for their special for two people to have a massage on the 13th of September 2024 for 20th September 2024. they sent me a voucher and the address which does not exist (the address is 127 Dale Lace Ave Rand park Ridge Randburg) as we drove up and down Dale lace Ave and there was no 127 nor the house, as in the picture they sent me. Where they are operating from I paid into Spa Association banking account acc no 1392*************89 Ned bank Branch code 198765 Hence, since then, I have made contract with Diedre Manuel off one of my other cell numbers because she was not taking my calls and told her exactly what I thought of her and her **** operation I have been posting on all the groups and what I have found on Hello Peter regarding her **** operation I have called my banks ***** department and opened a ***** case against De la Rosa SPA, Diedre Manuel and my bank will inform Ned bank, on my behalf, I was advised by my bank to go and open a police case of ***** against her, and an affidavit for the bank which I will be doing in the next coming week

Just want to say thank u to Deidre and her team. I seen the reviews here and she convinced me to try her out. I was given the option of paying half the price to secure a voucher and the balance on booking and I am glad I did. The spa gives relaxing vibes and you are treated with absolute care and importance. Keep up the good work, I will definitely be visiting again. P.S Don't let the negative affect you

READS AS FOLLOWS: 27/08/2024 You will agree that I have been most accommodating & patient with you. I am now putting up all the messages on 'Hellopeter', so that everyone knows about you. I am also going to open up a ******** case against you so that I can get my hard earned money back from you. 27/08/2024 You will agree that I paid R1200 on 12 May 2024 and have called to chat with you numerous times regarding bookings for the spa treatment that I had purchased. REFUND DE LA ROSA SPA!!!!!!!!!! ****
My friend bought a voucher with the special Pay R500 for 4 people. The lady was very adamant and said the special has ended but she will still give it. Once payment was made and the lady even forward the so called voucher she went MIA. When my friend tried to request a refund her nm was blocked. Then I tried as well and my nm is blocked. How does one go about to request the refund please as this lady is unreachable. Thank you

My friend bought a voucher with the special Pay R500 for 4 people. The lady was very adamant and said the special has ended but she will still give it. I bought a voucher from them and they had system issues. Promised to refund me and they never did. Its been more than a month and she is not answering my calls anymore.

Dear All Being humble in my character I would always like to upkeep and promote small businesses who I know struggle to make their turnover. Having said that they cannot cheat customers and expect to get away. Please do not use this spa if you would like not to be taken for a ride. The services you paid for will not be rendered with all but excuses. You will be taken for a ride and your money will not be refunded. Follow the Chatsworth sun and the Queensburgh news for the full story.
