I found De la Rosa spa advertising on one of the what’s app groups I called and spoke to Diedre Manuel made a booking for their special for two people to have a massage on the 13th of September 2024 for 20th September 2024. they sent me a voucher and the address which does not exist (the address is 127 Dale Lace Ave Rand park Ridge Randburg) as we drove up and down Dale lace Ave and there was no 127 nor the house, as in the picture they sent me. Where they are operating from I paid into Spa Association banking account acc no 1392*************89 Ned bank Branch code 198765 Hence, since then, I have made contract with Diedre Manuel off one of my other cell numbers because she was not taking my calls and told her exactly what I thought of her and her **** operation I have been posting on all the groups and what I have found on Hello Peter regarding her **** operation I have called my banks ***** department and opened a ***** case against De la Rosa SPA, Diedre Manuel and my bank will inform Ned bank, on my behalf, I was advised by my bank to go and open a police case of ***** against her, and an affidavit for the bank which I will be doing in the next coming week

Digital Jelly service is shocking, there is no customer or after sale service, after my experience wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. My Story: I ordered a banner from a Printing company called Digital Jelly round about the 22/02/2018, 4 months later, almost every single eyelid on the banner had ripped out. After calling we to them, so they could repair the eyelids on 06/06/2018. When I got there she was very hostile and unfriendly, she claims she can’t believe the eyelids have ripped out like this and didn’t we mishandle the banner. After getting annoyed with her, I asked are you trying to blame me for the eyelids ripping out. She said No, then went on to explain they had just bought a new eyelid machine because the old one was inferior and had giving problems, Furthermore, she explained the spacing between the eyelids was too far apart, which could have contributed to the problem of the eyelids pulling out, and they will fix my banner at the cost of R500.00. I said this was unacceptable, I paid only R600.00 for a new banner. My old banner has been up almost 3 and ½ years and not one eyelid has pulled out the banner is outside in all-weather condition. In times we are living in every cent counts and who can afford to loose business no matter how big or small the job is.
