Sat 30min in the drive thru at kfc malvern queensburgh with out been able to get out because of the high pavements After complaining to the staff and the manager that we had not moved at all in 30min was not given a explanation or solution

Must say this must have been one of the worst ways that this kfc was managed. Highly disappointed and disgusted

Staff is completely rude. Bought a Bed have had to have it replaced twice due to poor quality and now gggot credit bought a new bed two weeks ago and have not received it. No communication and when going to the store met by the worst service ever

I've handed over my account to the new owner when they took the vehicle. Matrix confirmed the change but are still trying to ****** me for money. I've had numerous emails with them and still no joy. This company is useless and they threaten and try to ****** you if they don't get there way

More than once I've ordered delivery and they say food delivered when it's not and arrives over an hour later than says delivered and food is cold.. I've emailed them direct with no response. Completely disgusted in the service and the quality of food shocking

I have been going back and forth since July
I have been going back and forth since July. Matrix does not reply to emails don't answer there phones. I informed them that the vehicle was sold and that the new owner will take ownership. They contacted the new owner and confirmed but yet they still debit my account every month. Uslesss would rate 0 stars

After sales services is terrible
After sales services is terrible. I changed ownership of the device 2 months ago yet they still billing me. Tried numerous times to call them with no success. Service is horrible. Would not recommend using them
