Absolute excellent customer service in store and online they are so friendly and so easy to buy from as a cd collector in South Africa there aren't many options outside of Takealot and UMG africa but I am so glad I found Echo cuz I will never not buy from them

Still havent gotten my order after 9 months
If I could give 0 stars I would I order stuff in June of 2023 and still haven't gotten my order I have just come to accept they are a **** please do not waste your money on this website.
