Absolutely frustrating! Does anyone competent even work there! Tried to apply online for an appointment, website keeps kicking me out. I go in person to the Cape Town branch (why you ask, well there is no email address nor does any of their numbers work WFT!) and they want to charge me R800 extra as a walk in??? and this only because their stupid website does not work! Now I try to submit an enquire (were??) via their website and surprise surprise, guess what is not working ... their website giving me an error 404 Can someone from this company please get in touch with me so my enquiry can be addressed!!!!!
What a horrible experience and not once but twice! Communication with discovery and their employee's has been horrible! Their motto must be: if client does not follow up, we will not provide them with any form of communication or good service. I was in a car accident and logged a claim on the 17th Jan 2024. It is now almost April and I still do not have my car - who knows what Discovery employees are doing with their time because I had to follow up with the panel beater directly for any information. Since the beginning of this claim I have waited for an ETA of completion and still have not received it?? I have logged complaints and still no response from Discovery. I refuse to pay the excess due to the terrible service, inconvenience and stress this situation has caused. In 2023 I sat with the same issue! I almost got highjacked and it took longer than 2 months for discovery to fix my car and again I had to follow up with the panel beater for any information. Discovery employees has no care for their clients! They leave them with no transport for 2 months or more while they drag their feet and leaves the client in the dark. Let's see if discovery will actually respond to this and what excuse and fix they can come up with! I NEED MY CAR THIS WEEK DISCOVERY!!!
