The Caledon Hotel, Casino and Spa
We had a wonderful stay at the Caledon hotel, breakfast was fantastic, staff was friendly, room was neat. Just needs a little upgrade because we had a problem with the door on the inside and instead of giving us a room with only a shower, which I requested, they gave us one with a shower in a bathtub . That was not so nice for a 60year old to handle but we made the best of it. The casino was not that busy and enough machines to play on. The highlight of our stay was the Spa visit. It was a whole new experience. Definitely a place that I would recommend and visit again.

Incomplete work
I did not make use of their cleaning services but their other services like painting and epoxy. The painting inside the house was done neatly but they took very long to complete it. The tile cement on the face brick wall in my separate entrance was not finished. The one day job became a 2 day job and still incomplete. The epoxy floors for my garage and carport was a disaster. The saddest part is that I paid such a lot of money for it. I dealt with a Lawrence guy( Takudzwa Samuso) who is a smooth talker, hardly listen to my opinion and suggestions, he was always right and all others wrong, we always had arguments about the work and the time that's being wasted, because a day job became a 3 or 4 day job. I later became so frustrated that I asked them not to come back to my house. When I calculated the money that I spend on this project for this bad epoxy work it really infuriated me, because he started out by asking me what is my budget. I gave him an amount, he increased the amount and asked for more while catching on the nonsense that I had to pay for. Never will I use their services again.
