I placed an order and did an add on. Delivery was scheduled for the 14/05/25. No proper updates had been given such as both packages has been arranged accordingly, or an eta for the packages to be delivered. 1 package arrived at the destination and nobody had informed me that the 2nd package was missing. If I hadn't called to query about the status regarding the 2nd package I would not have been informed about anything. Netflorist uses a 3rd party courier and should offer better communication with clients and take accountability and compensate if there is any failed deliveries. Or find a better courier company.
The service delivery was abysmal. I have been waiting from the January for a refund from this specfic service provider and still wait to date. Supervisors dont even do the bare minimum to assist. When approached for any feedback only lethargic responses is received. I don't not recommend unimet to anyone has a service provider.
