Formal Report: Unfair Labor Practices and Outstanding Entitlements I hereby report that I have been employed by Adcorp Blu working for Huawei Technologies South Africa (Pty) Ltd for a period of 2 years. On 30 September 2025 I received notification via WhatsApp at 5 pm, one day prior to the commencement of my last month of employment, informing me that my contract would not be renewed. As a result of my diagnosed anxiety condition, I have been experiencing difficulties attending work and performing my duties, including training a colleague for when I am gone. My mental and physical health has been severely impacted, leading to occasional absences. Despite my efforts to communicate my struggles, I was subjected to harassment and pressure to attend work. Furthermore, Blu Adcorp is withholding my remaining salary for October, citing a cracked laptop screen that I reported to IT, who advised me that I was not liable for the damages. Additionally, my Provident Fund has been blocked, and I have been refused UIF documents. I am currently facing financial hardship, struggling to support my family, and urgently request assistance in resolving this matter.
