Complaint against General Finance PTY ltd- ****ming and Refund issues
Dear Hello Peter Team, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against the company known as General Finance PTY Ltd, with Company Registration Number 2018/233308/07 and NCRCP10598. The company is located at 38 Ingelsol Street, Lynnwood Glen, Pretoria 0001, and can be reached at 0875107817, 0833038894, or 0692170947. Their emails are info@generalfinancepty.co.za or info@generalfinance.co.za. I recently approached General Finance PTY Ltd for a loan, and initially, everything seemed legitimate. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when I was asked to make upfront payments totaling R8000-00. They then proceeded to request for additional payments in order to secure the loan. Realizing that I was being ****med, I promptly cancelled my application on 28/03/2024 and was assured that I would receive a refund within 30 days. Unfortunately, my attempts to follow up on the refund have been met with silence. My emails have been ignored, and my calls are either hung up on or not going through. I made the upfront payment of R8000-00 to an Absa bank account belonging to Mr. I.T Thusi, with the account number 9385322200, using the reference number FPL/121/CB. I have all the necessary documentation to substantiate my claims, and I have also reported the case to relevant authorities. One of the company's consultants has explicitly stated that I will not receive a refund due to my accusations of them being ****mers. This is unacceptable, and I seek your assistance in bringing this matter to light and securing the refund that is rightfully mine. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I was ****** and ****med by the company known as General Finance pty, address 38 Ingelsol Street Lynnwood Glen Pretoria, they ****med me of R8000-00, I was looking for a loan and they requested me to pay upfront payments which I did, and I cancelled when they requested more money and was promised to have my refund in 30 days, they have cut all communications with me my calls are being rejected and hung up, my emails not rep**** on when I do a follow up, I have all the supporting documents to support my complain.

I am being unfairly treated while requesting what is mine
I am writing this report about a company known as General Finance pty "Company Registration Number 2018/233308/07 NCRP10598" Address 38 Ingelsol Street Lynnwood Glen Pretoria 0001 Contact details 0833038896/0632987597/0875107818 I was offered a loan contract from them and I agreed to their terms and conditions until I was asked to pay upfront fees which amounted to R8000-00, after they requested more money from me I told them that I am cancelling my application (28/03/2024) and was promised to have a refund within 30 days, after some follow ups which most went unanswered, I got a reply from a person who told me that I will not get my refund as I have berated them as ****mers. I have all supporting information to support my complain.

I was ****med by General Finance PTY also known as Fusion Finance, they ****med me of R8000-00 when I was looking for a loan from them, the requested me to pay upfront payments which accumulated to R8000-00. Please help me recover my money back from them...they have neglected me as I am doing follow up with my refund they don't respond to my messages.
