Selling my house, to complete the sale I have to get an inspection. Beico only operates between 9-5. Which are the hours that my tenant is at work. So any inspection can only take place at the weekend which is R1000 surcharge. This is the second surcharge as they weren’t able to do the full work the first time. Just another **** company, trying to give honest business a bad name.
Truely some of the most pathetic service the planet has spawned. Their email address homeservemailbox@standardbank.co.za, doesn't work. Customer services send your query to the same email address so that's not going to work. Complaints don't get answers. I go onto Facebook. 6 hours later I get a response to the chat, saying sorry and then nothing else. They are gone again. Beyond the worst service ever encountered.
