ERA Real Estate Pretoria East Branch Owner's Disgusting Behavior

I enquired about a property in Highveld, Centurion with an agent from ERA PTA East. This was the worst treatment i have ever received from an agent. I firstly enquired on a Saturday morning to try and book a viewing for the same weekend. The Owner of the branch, tells me that she only allows viewings to happen 3 only in 3 day prior booking. She sent me a list of questions to answered and she reacted with a thumbs up. Monday arrives and I contact her to confirm my appointment booking. She leaves me a message reading " I am not in PTA at the moment, I'm in CPT for my sons graduation, the viewing appointment will be on the upcoming Friday. I tried to ask if there was perhaps anyone else in the company that could assist with viewings while she was away, she copied and pasted the message where she said she is not in PTA... I waited all week for her to return, and upon return, I asked my wife to handle the viewing since i would be at work and we urgently need a new place. She gave my wife long stories about how the apartment still needs to be renovated, then at the end she finds out that we have a pitbull. She lashed out on my wife telling her we wasted her time and that my wife has no idea how much it is to pour petrol in a Mercedes Benz. She then texts me and start lashing out on me for wasting her time. 1stly the apartment listing does not mention in the Adverti*****t that there are "X" type of pets that are not allowed. secondly, she Is very rude, immature, unprofessional and she thinks the world revolves around her. Very disgusting behavior coming from a person who makes a living of dealing with clients
