DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE. I wanted to buy the Samsung B650f sound bar and so I called the store to find out if they had stock, the person to answered said they don't have stock, so I proceeded to order the soundbar online on the 1st Dec 2025 and the order apparently went to the warehouse. The order has been grossly delayed for reasons that have not been made clear to me despite my numerous calls and trips to the Witbank branch for answers. On my first trip to the store to find answers on the progress of my online order on 4/12/25- as there was no update on the tracking portal - I was told by an employee, Lethabo was her name I believe, manning the Customer Service that I must go and look for the Head Office number myself and do my own follow up. When I asked her where to find the number because I couldn't find it, she searched online and she showed me Hifi Corp Boksburg's number. Talk about customer service.. It is 19:51pm 11/12/25 at the time of writing this complaint. It is 10 days after I made payment to receive my soundbar in what was promised to be 2-5 working days for delivery. I have driven to the store 3 times and called the supposed customer care line countless times and I am truly appalled by the lack of customer service I've received, even from the Witbank store manager who barely provided any service when I requested his support. The only employee I have to praise is a gentleman by the name of Prince in the store who displayed concern and ownership over my case. I still have not received my soundbar and it will soon be two weeks. I was told that the courier picked up my soundbar from the warehouse the day after I made payment, 2/12/25, and there as apparently no way for ANYONE to contact the courier with regards to the whereabouts of my soundbar and any expected delivery date. In all fairness, from what I gather, it seems there isn't much in the control of the Witbank branch, looks like a systematic issue. I engaged the Witbank store because they are the only ones I can go to for support because I wasn't winning online and it turns out that the store had stock this whole time so this whole mess could have been avoided if the very first person I called told be the truth. I keep getting told by every HifiCorp employee that I speak to that there's nothing that they can do for me as the product is in a third-party's hands. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I GIVE YOU MY MONEY UNDER THE PROMISE BY PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME IN 2-5 WORKING DAYS, IT'S BEEN 10 DAYS. IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HOLD UP YOUR END OF THE CONTRACT AND ENSURE I HAVE MY PRODUCT IN THE TIMEFRAME YOU PROMISED. Whatever you do, DO NOT, buy online from HifiCorp.
