I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Durban Retainer Walls/ Owner Sean Brown. I paid a large sum of money as a deposit for a retaining wall at my home. But despite repeated assurances, the work was never completed. When I requested a refund for the unfinished job, I was promised every week that the money would be deposited into my account or given stories why it couldn't be deposited. It is clear to me now that I have been ****med. I strongly advise anyone considering Durban Retainer Walls to be cautious and think twice before handing over any money. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I hope this review helps others avoid the same unfortunate experience.
