I booked my car for a service 2 weeks ago i was assisted by Sumari, initially i booked a service as well as a Diagnostic. I was quoted R1900 for a service and R1,300 for a diagnostic. Sumari called me around 13:30pm to inform that the mechanic that was assigned to my car was on lunch my car will probably be taken in for a service in the next 30 min, at 16:00 i called her and i was told my car is not in yet as there’s no mechanic available to take it but she will make arrangements for someone else to take it in, i told her i had planned to drive outside the province in that afternoon and i was hoping by 17:00 the car would have been ready, i called again to inquire around 16:45 and i was told my car is finally in, in a space of 30 minutes she called to say my car was ready i can fetch it. On my arrival she told me that she didn’t have the print out of the diagnostic as she was waiting for the mechanic to email it to her which was strange to me because as far as i know the diagnostic doesn’t take that long, it’s 2 weeks later and i still haven’t received the diagnostic.
