I purchased a couples package as a voucher for my daughter-in-law's 30th birthday last year. She has tried to make a booking to use her voucher no less than four times. Each time she phones there is an excuse. Twice it was apparently peak season, this was in September 2023 and early December 2023. She tried to book again for the weekend after Valentines day and was told she was unable to use her voucher then because it was Valentines. I have just tried to book for her this coming Sunday 07/04/2024 and again was told it's peak season. Schools are back tomorrow, 03/04/2024 so how can it still be peak season and Easter is now over? My argument is, they have had the money since June 2023 why is it so hard to make a booking? My daughter-in-law is a school teacher and doesn't live in Durban, so therein lies our problem. I am still waiting for management to call me. Think twice before buying a voucher from these people!!! I think their after sales service is a JOKE especially when it comes to trying to utilise a voucher when the money has been in their bank account for over 9 months.
