I placed an order on 12 January 2026, for travel luggage as advertised on Facebook, and money was transferred per eft and confirmed. Since then I could not access the link provided to track my order untill 4 February 2026, when I received a schedule indicating the “ progress” up to 29 January. Documentation is available as proof of my bad experience I repeatedly asked who the courier would be in order to track the package, but no response was received. The suspicious part is that it is always a private email address used when belated replies are received. No company address is provided.
I have been experienced problems for a long time. Today Pearl Mabena took constructive action to arrange for a technician (Bornwise) to solve the problem at my home. Both need commendation for their positive attitude and action.
Contact with Mmone Masiu to-day was friendly, pleasant and helpful. There are however some areas where improvement will help to get better ratings. These areas are feedback on queries, technical help with App usage and keeping promises to call back.
