I ordered products from this company in February, was given a tracking number which could not be accessed. I was eventually told my product is unavailable and I can choose something else. I requested a refund and they agreed. It is now 3 months later and all they have kept on telling me was they would refer my query to their financial department. Now....they have fallen silent. This "company" is shocking and it seems I am not the only one in this predicament.
