I tried to book my car in for a service, when I was told abruptly that it could not be done as they were changing over systems and to call back the following week. Number no longer working. After calling head office for the new number, I finally managed to reach reception. This morning, Honda Bryanston is completely deserted. Call again to be told they have moved. After navigating the stress of Joburg morning traffic to reach the new location, I am greeted by a young man asking me between bites of a cheese roll "did I not receive the sms to say they had moved." I am so deeply disappointed and frustrated. We have been with Honda for years and this whole experience has been a nightmare. A simple voicemail directing customers to the new number and location, as well as a reminder from the receptionist upon booking would go so far to preventing this. I was also informed that a number of loyal customers have had the same problem. NO KIDDING!
