I tried to book my car in for a service, when I was told abruptly that it could not be done as they were changing over systems and to call back the following week. Number no longer working. After calling head office for the new number, I finally managed to reach reception. This morning, Honda Bryanston is completely deserted. Call again to be told they have moved. After navigating the stress of Joburg morning traffic to reach the new location, I am greeted by a young man asking me between bites of a cheese roll "did I not receive the sms to say they had moved." I am so deeply disappointed and frustrated. We have been with Honda for years and this whole experience has been a nightmare. A simple voicemail directing customers to the new number and location, as well as a reminder from the receptionist upon booking would go so far to preventing this. I was also informed that a number of loyal customers have had the same problem. NO KIDDING!

I run a workshop and have been dealing with Honda Sandton for years.When Meshack was still working in the parts department the service was exemplary.Dince he has left the service in your parts department has become abyssmal.I have phoned 5 times today to try and get through to parts and they are just not answering their phones-unfortunately this has become the norm for their parts department.

If I could give less than one star I would. I bought a second hand car form them in July 2022 in November 2022 my clutch that was supposedly satisfactory according to their 120 point check started giving in. I sent it back and they said they replaced the clutch now 6 months later I can't even get my car into gear and when I do it shudders. They won't reply to my messages. They also advertised the car with a full service history and when I took it for its service now they advised me that the spark plugs were so worn down it was a surprise the car was still going and hadn't been serviced in three years. They are ****s.

If I could give less than one star I would. I have been dealing with Honda Sandton for over 20 years and the service from parts-Meschak was always outstanding. Ever since Meschak left the parts service has gone downhill. Today i phoned the Dealership 4 times and 4 times they cut me off. Asked to speak to the Dealer Principal who conveniently wasnt there. You have burned your bridges the last time with me Honda.I will never deal with your company again.

I have tried to book for a service, they told me they will give me a call for confirmation for the whole day, and they didn't call me. And I gave them a follow-up call the following day, and they told me they don't have availability. Please stay away from them. Their communication level is zero.

Worst Honda dealership. After servicing my Bike on Thursday, they decided to keep in the rain even though theres a ba*****t and shelter. Their excuse is that their technician only comes in every Tuesday and Thursday, so they can't be bothered to move the motorcycles even though are motorcycle salesmen in the dealership. Please service your motorcycle elsewhere.

I had my car serviced at motus Honda dealership on November 30 at bryanston, sandton. After 3 days my car starts showing indicators of car skid and wheel alignment. Despite the car being serviced the wheel alignment was messed up Despite me being charged for it. I have been lucky that I didn't get into an accident. Dealership has fixed issue now but how can we trust the dealership again. Just sharing my incident so no one blindly trust the dealership again at sandton.
