Pathetic service

I have been dealing with Honda Sandton for over 20 years and the service from parts-Meschak was always outstanding. Ever since Meschak left the parts service has gone downhill. Today i phoned the Dealership 4 times and 4 times they cut me off. Asked to speak to the Dealer Principal who conveniently wasnt there. You have burned your bridges the last time with me Honda.I will never deal with your company again.
