What an extremely unprofessional establishment! Jean the receptionist must be the most *********** person I have ever come across.Been waiting since the 23rd January for a consultation invoice so that I can claim back from my Medical.He always claims he is too busy!A month to type out an invoice?*** service from this practice.
What kind of training does your receptionist have?...I asked her if they also sell Kia parts and she said yes so i asked for parts and parts department said they do NOT DO SELL KIA PARTS-*** service Hyundai.
Its not rocket science people-the phone rings and you answer it-why must i every single time make 3-4 phone calls before you idiots answer the phone?

Click and collect means i am in a hurry and dont have time to pick items and stand in a queue to pay.Every time i go to the Builders Express Malibongwe my items are never ready for collection and my wait times are 20 minutes plus-what is the point of having a click and collect then but dont stress Chamberlains and Leroy Merlin takes less than 5 minutes so Builders you guys are out.
Could your useless parts people actually answer your phones for once-dont stress though-Paul Maher actually wants my business.
i placed an order with a checkers branch less than a minute away from me-promised eta within the hour-2 hours later and my items havent even been picked!
Would be nice if the switchboard and parts actually answers their damn phones
