Based on recent customer reviews, Kia Randburg faces significant criticism across sales, service, and communication. Customers repeatedly report poor follow-up after vehicle purchases, with unresolved issues such as cosmetic defects, persistent mechanical faults on new vehicles, and broken promises regarding repairs. Phone responsiveness and finance application communication are also pain points. Several reviewers express regret about buying from this dealership. However, a few positive experiences highlight the dealer principal's integrity and the service team's professionalism, particularly manager Ismail, suggesting pockets of strong customer care.

We had an issue with a brand new KIA which the dealer who sold it to us did not sort out. Randburg KIA took on the issue and got it fixed for us. Although the car was under warranty - being a new vehicle - it was not their sale but they tackled the problem for us and got the problem sorted. I thank them for excellent service and problem solving in a very difficult time. The Dealer Principal is a man of Principal and we are their clients forever going forward.

I am writing to report a recurring technical issue with my KIA vehicle and a complete lack of response from KIA Customer Care. During a routine service at an authorised KIA dealership a few weeks ago, several failing bulbs were replaced. This was not the first time these bulbs have needed replacement, indicating an ongoing, recurring problem rather than a simple part failure. The replacement during service was a temporary measure. The core issue, why these bulbs fail prematurely, remains unaddressed and unresolved. On 29 December 2023, I emailed KIA's official customer care to report this persistent problem and to seek a definitive, lasting resolution. To date, I have received no acknowledgment of this email, and certainly no substantive response. This silence is unacceptable. A proper resolution requires diagnosing the root cause, not just repeatedly replacing the same bulbs. To date KIA's customer service has failed to engage on this issue at all. I expect KIA to: 1. Acknowledge my communication from 29 December. 2. Investigate and provide a permanent fix for this recurring bulb failure, not just another temporary replacement.

I'm really not impressed with Kia Randburgs service. I did an application two weeks back. The least they could do is advice if application was declined or not but the agen Ashely just chose to ignore my text. The agents forget that they are handling our personal information and it gives us mistrust and anxiety to deal with such services. Did they not teach them NCA regulations? I'm very disappointed with them and will never refer or recommend them to anyone.

I bought a brand new Kia Sonet 2025 model...within few hours after I left the garage in Randburg I experienced a blowing air on passenger window. I informed my sales man Ernest Masha and he said he is sorry. He then said he will book a car for maintenance. I had to call day and night following up with regards to the booking of my car it eventually happened. At first it was not fixed because they said a certain part need to be changed...I asked Masha isn't this car brand new and why parts need to be changed? He said is mechanical issue of which he himself was not aware of. I asked him the quality checks report of this car he couldn't provide. I asked him, did you guys test drive this car, he said only mechanic not him. Fine eventually the issue was fixed....however another annoying sounds were noted after my car was back from repair. The noise noted to be by the roof next to where the lights are situated...sound like of a coin being left around and when the car move, the coin just float as it doesn't have a balance. I informed Ernest again about what I noted after my car came from the repair. He booked my car again and it was claimed that it was fixed....immediately when I drive out of the garage the noise was noted again. I immediately informed him about the matter. And again noted another annoying sound that comes from the back as if something was not fitted properly. All this issue I had to do follow up with Ernest Masha to all be fixed. If I don't call he never calls. Mind you I bought so called a brand new car which already been booked for maintenance repar more than twice but still problems not been fixed. I bought this car end of April 2025 and even now October 2025 my car still not fixed

I was forced to pay for my car service whilst the car has a warranty that is up to date. I was not advised of the service intervals by the dealership, and I called at 15k of which I booked at Weltevredenpark branch and they advised me to go to where I bought the car. The manager at Randburg kia, did not accept any responsibility, instead told me I should pay. I do not recommend anyone to use this branch,as they are inconsiderate toward their long term clients. Poor service.

Purchased a toyota corolla hybrid from them. Vehicle had a dent on the back left bumper which they said they would fix as part of the finance. As agreed with the dylam, vehicle would be sent in to a toyota approved panel beater. The panel beater had to remove the rear lights and bumper. Was called by dylan the salesman saying vehicle is ready for collection, upon veiwing the vehicle, dent was fixed but the bumper and lights were out of alignment. They were sitting skew and off center, definitely not done to toyota original standard. Dylan said he would arrange for the panel beater to come through then call me for the meet up to discuss this and have it sorted. Been a whole month since and still no call. Took the vehicle to another toyota approved panel beater and had to pay R2500 to have it sorted. Becareful as they are your best friends till they close the deal with you. After that they don't give a **** about you or offer horrible after sales services. Rather go somewhere else to buy a vehicle.
