Poor Service starting from Sales Agent
I'm really not impressed with Kia Randburgs service. I did an application two weeks back. The least they could do is advice if application was declined or not but the agen Ashely just chose to ignore my text. The agents forget that they are handling our personal information and it gives us mistrust and anxiety to deal with such services. Did they not teach them NCA regulations? I'm very disappointed with them and will never refer or recommend them to anyone.0 replies
