Return issue Resolved

Was recently charged a collection fee for an incorrect item that was delivered. I expressed my dissatisfaction in this regard to MyRunwaysale squad, as I felt its unfair to be charged for the return when the fault was on their end for delivering something I did not order. Low and behold the issue was resolved swiftly with no hustles. My account was credited back full amount of item returned.
