Review for 'We Buy Damaged Cars' I initially had a bad experience with 'We Buy Damaged Cars' due to poor service. Frustrated, I sent a scathing email to their office, and to my surprise, they responded quickly. They not only addressed my concerns but also informed me that they had taken action by firing the *********** employee responsible for the poor service. Although I’m still facing some challenges with selling my car, I appreciate the way the company has handled the situation and how they are now treating me as a customer. Their prompt response and professionalism in addressing the issue have improved my overall experience. Thulas Ngcobo
I was looking for a house to rent and after sending a deposit of R6300 there were things I discovered that they were not right with the premises. I then called my bank Capitec bank to stop the transaction and reverse it. They did that. A couple of days later I then heard from the landlord that he was notified by Nedbank that the money has been reversed. I then waited all the days for the lmonely to be deposited into my bank account. Capitec bank the sent me a message saying they didn't find the money in the landlords account. I confronted the landlord and he said the money was reversed. I then went to Capitec Bank who has been blatantly refusing to assist me and saying the same thing that they didn't find the money. On the other hand I have a screenshot showing that the money was reversed. It's now almost a month and I have lost R6300 down the drain and Capitec bank who should be assisting their client is refusing. I have spoken to everyone and no one is helping me.
