I am a South African pensioner. I requested to be called back regarding temporally Canadian Immigration. I was called back by Tom Harris who advised me to make payment immediately, otherwise my case will be closed and it will be impossible to redo it. Out of desperation, I transferred money from my savings into my cheque account to be able to make payment. I paid the following amounts: $349 for Initial Evaluation, $2 700 for Collection, Verification and Submission of Documents, and $800 for Career Development (Job Hunt, 3 months subscription). 3 months subscription expired before I could even get a single response from the Companies they app**** for me. The recruitment requirements were sometimes ignored, just to accumulate numbers of applications. When I complained about that with Hannah, she apologized but never replaced that incorrect position with the relevant one. My job hunt subscription expired and I was requested to pay more to continue to be assisted with job hunt. That is when I refused to extend my subscription and demanded to cancel the whole immigration process and requested to be refunded. I was called by Gabriella who offered me a 6 month complimentary job search. I then requested to change the job applications from NOC in 4001 as per evaluation results, to Office Administration with a hope that maybe I will get at least a response from Companies. Office Admin did not meet the criteria for my immigration application. I realised the 6 months complementary will not benefit me in any way, again I asked them to cancel everything and refund me. I was then called by Carl Haykin who days after our conversation sent me email saying that he approached their Dispute Resolution Board. Their resulution was that the refund is not possible. They recommended that I continue with the process at 30% discount. I am no longer interested, I will never even in future apply for Canadian Immigration. I was ****med $349 + $2 700 + 800. MY HEART IS BLEEDING, I need help.

I was checking my Active Mandates linked to my account and found Tracker Connect which I don't have any contract known to me currently. The contract I had was cancelled early last year. Please assist me to stop this contract. The contract number is 1021740.
These ********s have a mandate linked into my account of R 1200 for every Tuesdays, I have never communicated with them. Not sure if they are working together with debt counselors if have recently complained about. Please help me, I don't even neither have their contact numbers and email address. I was called by one of the consultants claiming to be from NCR, advising me to complain to my credit providers about the high interest charged on my accounts. The next day I was again called, now there is no longer a need to go to my creditors because they will be able to assist me reduce the interest on behalf of my creditors. My bank account was required and ID number, of which I offered them. A link was sent to me only to find that I am joining YMA Consultants / Pto Plan. Now they want my bank statement and ID copy. I am no longer interested, please help me to cancel this whole process. Hazel
