Very unprofessional and once you are on their debiting system you will never get out, like doing a contract with the devil!
I hardly order on this platform as I normally only trust my wifes cooking, as I know there are psychopaths out there who could be your cook at a fast food resturaunt and in this case It is so. I ordered a "special advertised" on the uber eats app, they make it look perfect on the photos it was a steak gatsby and quarter breast chicken, the food came to my house, rotten steak meat that they cooked up in some yellow spices, looked like a dead carcus meat cut off and cooked in the oven, i took one bite and could see that this was s****s laying around the kitchen for a long time that they cooked up and try to cover it up and make some bucks, my wifes chicken breast was hard and old probably the same situation, the chips was also suprisingly old, but my issue is that Uber eats just takes the money and runs, they do not offer to check with the store and share the pics of the rotten food, they tell you politely unfortunately you cannot be refunded. I immediately removed my CC's from there and will never use the app again, ill stick to my wifes cooking, I will post this as far and wide as possible as this is pathetic, they should have some sort of fine from the governing bodies, license suspended to sell rotten food to the public advertising it falsely to look fresh.
They are disgusting, all is well and service is great and professional when you are paying your monthly debits for years but try to make one change or cancel your membership is when they show their true colours. In my case I requested a change on my netstar account as their mobile app was not compatible with my mom's phone, so I wanted her removed from the account and have me alone on the profile instead of paying for 2 members where 1 is only using the service. Long story short I added 1 member payment expecting them to deduct that amount, but it turns out they did not make the change to my profile even though I asked a month prior and they confirmed that is will be done. They tried to debit for 2 members due to not changing the debit for 1 member only, naturally I cancelled the contract however they blacklisted me with nimble for missing the payment of 2 members yet it was their fault for not updating their system to debit for 1 person as that was the allocated amount of money in the account being debited from (yes I am very precise with payments) Do not engage with nestar there are many other viable and reputable companies out there offering the same service but will be more professional than them, I will also attempt to put this in the daily voice so that country is aware of this disgusting ****mers.
