My bad expirience with Shelfyourshoes

I did place an order for the sneaker on the 08 Feb 2024 with Shelfyourshoes online, till today I haven't receive my order. Did receive email confirmation that the receive the order and it will be processed. I have been sending message on their whatsapp and they take long to respond and if they do they just making excuses. On the 27 March I did receive an email saying we have finished processing your order (Order#7305). Lats communication on the whatsapp was on the 14 March hoping you can have your parcel in hand with the next few days from today. I just want my money back not the shoes
