My bad expirience with Shelfyourshoes
I did place an order for the sneaker on the 08 Feb 2024 with Shelfyourshoes online, till today I haven't receive my order. Did receive email confirmation that the receive the order and it will be processed. I have been sending message on their whatsapp and they take long to respond and if they do they just making excuses. On the 27 March I did receive an email saying we have finished processing your order (Order#7305). Lats communication on the whatsapp was on the 14 March hoping you can have your parcel in hand with the next few days from today. I just want my money back not the shoes

I ordered shoes on the 23 December 2023 and still have not received the shoes. It's the 4th Of April 2024. I knew we would wait a little longer because of December orders but now it's a little to much after many emails and promises on email that the delivery will soon be on its way...I've lost hope

I bought a pair of shoes from them on the 19 of December 2023. Paid for it in full and till to date I have not received anything from them all they do is make false promises that I will be getting my shoe soon then they keep quiet about it up until I must remind them again and again they keep saying the same thing. They have a WhatsApp number where you can talk to them but they ignore you and they Instagram account you cannot comment and they ignore the DM’s

Very Pathetic! I have been waiting for my pair of shoes since August 2023 and they keep repeating the same thing. They blocked me from their comment section on Instagram and they can’t be exposed on any other platform. Don’t even try calling them because they won’t answer your call. My order has been processing from August.

They are rotten *****sters posing as legit companies taking people's hard earned money! Don't use them you will regret it! Ordered my parcel in November and still no order up to date, excuse after excuse and refusal of refund. ******, they should be taken off Instagram and all sites! shelfyourshoes.com and their contact is 0692161447
