My wifi services have been suspended because I changed accounts, MTN was informed in February already about the account change. MTN debited in the wrong account, so the debit order was late therefore our wifi has been off since last week. MTN then debited on the correct account but on the wrong date, 01/04/2025 instead of 15/03/2025. My date has always been the 15th I changed my account from FNB to Capitec way before the 15th of last month and MTN was informed. So it was MTN that didn't debit on time that was the reason why it "failed". Please advise how I'm supposed to continue with suspended wifi or if I should cancel my contract going forward? The response from MTN was that I should wait until the 15th of May TO SEE if my services will be reconnected. How is it fair that MTN is at fault here yet I should "WAIT" until May? The 1st has never been my debit date. There was never an instruction to change my debit order to the first my date has always been the 15th. How can I reconnect my services? MTN is at fault here, they debited on the wrong account and the wrong date. I reported this twice and even tried to escalate it and still no assistance, I've just been told to wait until May. I'm very disappointed.
They are rotten *****sters posing as legit companies taking people's hard earned money! Don't use them you will regret it! Very disappointed! On Friday evening upon my arrival at the East London airport I looked for the wrapping guys at the EL airport but they were not there! And because I was worried my flight would leave me I had to go straight to the counter, I asked the lady at the counter if I could take my bag in and she said no! But the strange thing is that they allowed me to take my bag in at the JHB airport at the SAA counter. So after the lady at the SAA counter in EL refused to let me take my medium sized bag in I had no choice but to put my bag into get taken into the aircraft. Upon arrival in JHB at home I realised that my bag had been ransacked as my clothes were upside down and my perfume had been stollen! SAA what needs to happen now?
I would like to express my anger and disappointment with Vodacom, my simcard was out of my phone for a few hours and when I switched my phone back on, it had been blocked by Vodafone Protect on and no matter how many times I put in my pin it says it phone locked. After calling the vodacom customer care line I was told that I had to go into a Vocaom store and I went to the Vincent Park store and they told me that the Vodafone Protect service had been discontinued and no matter what pin I put in it won't work. I had to pay R250 for them to unblock my phone and to top it off my phone would be whipped of all my information! How can VODACOM not inform their clients that this service has been discontinued and to make matters worse how could VODACOM have the audacity to ask that of their clients, to pay yet the fault lies with them! I'm very disappointed with VODACOM!!!
